4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by CycoleHub Tech, including but not limited to software code, designs, and content, remain the property of CycoleHub Tech unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own intellectual property.
5. Confidentiality
CycoleHub Tech and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and personal data. Both parties agree not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the provision of services.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement between CycoleHub Tech and the client. Clients are responsible for making payments in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
CycoleHub Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement between CycoleHub Tech and the client with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Modifications
CycoleHub Tech reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients via email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].
